My submission for Ludum Dare 45 with the theme 'Start with nothing'. Written in 48 hours from scratch. Population is a city-builder that focuses on the production of homes and (some) of what your citizens need! Use your available tools to create a sprawling hyper-suburban city that truely looks and feels like a dystopian council estate.
